She is committed to providing personalised care and believes in the importance of communication and patient education in empowering patients to feel more confident in their treatment choices. She is friendly and approachable, prioritising patient comfort at every visit. Additionally, Dr Racheal speaks Teo Chew and conversational Vietnamese. Dr Racheal was born and raised in Burwood, and met Phil in dental school, together they have worked throughout Metropolitan Sydney.
