What Telehealth Can Help With

Virtual consultations are a convenient way to get initial advice, discuss ongoing concerns, or follow up after treatment, all without coming into the clinic.

When You’ll Need an In-Person Visit

Some things can only be properly assessed in person, like X-rays, physical examinations, and most treatment itself. If your dentist determines you need an in-clinic appointment during your telehealth consult, we'll help you book one at your nearest Smile On clinic.

If you're experiencing a dental emergency (severe pain, swelling, or trauma), please contact your nearest clinic directly or seek in-person care rather than booking a telehealth consult.
